Exchange Policy
We offer a 2-day exchange policy, allowing you to request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Conditions for Exchange/Refund:
- The product is damaged or defective .
- The product does not match the description provided.
To initiate an exchange or refund, please email us at animevibes1421@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the defective product. We will either dispatch the correct product or issue a refund .
Kindly Note:
– This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the product.
– Returns and refunds are accepted only within 2 days from the date of delivery received . Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Procedure for Refund:
– Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are used or damaged by customers are not eligible for a refund.
– Video Proof Required: To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must provide an UNCUT & CLEAR video of opening the package, cutting the AnimeVibes seal, and inspecting the figures to ensure they are not damaged and match the description. This video must be recorded before opening the package and must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address used for the original purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds:
– If you haven’t received your refund, please first check with your bank and credit card company, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us at animevibes1421@gmail.com for further assistance.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
– Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
– Sale items marked 50% off or more and gift cards are non-returnable.
